Capt. Billy Louisiana's best fishing guideIn New Orleans, there are only two reasons to use a fishing charter service… you want the thrill of reelin' 'em in and you want the expertise of a guide who knows where to find the speckled trout, redfish, and flounder. The adventure is only half the fun. Coming home with an ice-chest that's packed to the brim is the other half!

New Orleans, Louisiana is home of the beautiful and unique Delacroix Island, hosting one of the world's most renowned fisheries.

Titeline Fishing Charters is also unique because we serve other areas around New Orleans such as the Rigolets/Lake Pontchartrain/Lake Borgne system, Pointe a la Hache, Chandeleur Islands and the southwest Mississippi coast. Capt. Billy has experience and enormous success in all of these areas… something other fishing charters and guide services don't offer.

In spring and summer session you can have the thrill of reeling in a monster sized (4-6 lbs) speckled trout - a routine catch during that time of year. Or how about bringing home a trophy-sized trout (7-8 lbs) to mount on your wall? When charter fishing with Capt. Billy, you can rest assured that he always goes the extra mile by constantly changing techniques, presentations and baits to see that you have one of the most memorable and exciting charter fishing experiences on his 23 foot bay boat.

And believe this, Capt. Billy is one charter fishing guide who is still very excited when it comes to fishing (as much as when he was as a young boy). He still has restless nights before a trip in anticipation of pure fishing excitement and bringing home the catch!

If you really want some super action, there are some awesome top-water speckled trout & red fishing thrills while charter fishing in New Orleans. Check out these photos of big redfish and speckled trout absolutely crashing top water baits. Fishing these bad boys and girls of the marsh on top water baits will make your heart race when they explode on the line. Warning!! Those charter fishing anglers using heart medication, the aid of pacemakers, or otherwise weak of heart should refrain from fishing in this manner.

In addition to exceptional fishing, this area also boasts some of the most beautiful landscape and scenery along with repeated sightings of various species of wildlife, such as porpoise, alligator, raccoon, nutria, mink, otter, and many varieties of ducks and other exotic species of bird life too numerous to mention. This is a real bonus added to the charter fishing trips taken out of this area, and can provide for some fantastic photo-video opportunities.

Want to stay the night? Great! We have very nice, spacious, on-site, studio apartments that come with a completely furnished kitchen, where you can grill, deep fry or broil your catch; or boil up some of New Orleans' delicious fresh shrimp, crabs, oysters, or crawfish.
